The parcel was promptly sent, was combined and came as part of one large package. Packed well, everything necessary in the kit is. I did not communicate with the seller. For direct purpose, for the removal of a small non-through-hole on the frontal tried to use-did not help. But it was wonderful for sealing relatively deep scratches on the monitor. I plan to try to scratch on the TV that my son left when he was little. For auto, the problem could not be solved, but in general, a useful thing
